Doctors and nurses were friendly and reassuring. We were seen fast despite mix-up in appointment time, doctor was happy to answer questions and explain the process.

Being able to contact the clinic could be a lot easier. (Haven't always had responses to emails/voicemails left and the phone is rarely answered). Other than that, nothing.
